Peaceful and cute place to have a tea or coffee with home baked cake:) definitely different from the crowded, fancier cafes at the harbor, feels like homemade and is way cheaper! Tea and coffee for 2,5 euros!
Nice little tea shop to stop by and enjoy an afternoon tea. Be aware that they don’t take cards and euros only…or PayPal if you have internet access…
My wife and I enjoyed a cream tea with fresh baked scones and cakes in this quaint and homely tea room. The tea room is located on the grounds of a convent over looking Cobh. Ms. Kathrine kindly waited on us, and also baked all of our tea trimmings, e.g. large and delicious scones (both raspberry & sultana), yummy & moist lemon cake and an apple tart. The experience was memorable, and we highly recommend it for afternoon tea.
